As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the smooth management of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor debtor balances within your assigned ledger to ensure prompt payment
  • Chase overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain the accuracy of financial records
  • Process and allocate daily cash receipts
  • Issue manual invoices and credit notes as required
  • Establish and maintain up-to-date customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in credit control and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
