As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the smooth management of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close monitoring of debtor balances within your ledger
  • Chasing overdue payments and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial records
  • Issuing manual invoices and credit notes as required
  • Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer details

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in credit control
