Luggage Handling Coordinator

We have a career opening for a dedicated Customer Support representative at our company.
Job Description:In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact between customers and our organization.
Key Tasks:- Process passenger transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are courteous and respectful.
- Effectively handle inquiries, resolving issues promptly when possible.
- A valid passport or driver's license/birth certificate/national ID card is necessary.
- Capable of standing for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Settled status in the UK (if applicable).
- National Insurance proof.
- Up-to-date proof of address.
- A background check will be performed after an interview.
- The hourly wage is £11.80.
- Complete two weeks of paid training.
- Ongoing shift arrangements and personal growth opportunities.
- This is a temporary/permanent contract based on performance.
- Pay received weekly.
- A five-year longevity milestone will be achieved.
The Airport operates 7 days a week with a rotating 5-day workweek followed by 3 consecutive days off.
Shift schedules may vary occasionally.
Below is an example 25-hour weekly shift schedule:
- Day 1: 03:00 am - 10:00 am.
- Day 2: 04:00 am - 11:00 am.
- Day 3: 04:00 am - 10:00 am.
- Day 4: 01:00 pm - 08:00 pm.
- Day 5: 01:00 pm - 08:00 pm.
A minimum 5-year verifiable work history is required.
