About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Global Security Operations Centre as a Junior Security Operations Coordinator. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their security careers who are passionate about international relations, security, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the security desk, providing security advice and assistance to travellers, expatriates, and corporate security/risk managers.
  • Collaborate with the security operations team during escalations across all regions.
  • Contribute to Africa-related operational advice and risk intelligence output.
  • Assist in the development of security operational capability across Africa.
  • Work with the medical team on emergency medical response plans.
Requirements
  • A degree or masters in a related field, such as International Relations, Politics, or Security.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of political and security issues in the Africa region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
