About the Role

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work NIGHT shifts, 8pm - 8am, 38.5 hours per week. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will develop and implement care plans that prioritize residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, upholding the highest standards of care.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans are in place.
  • Support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in person-centered care planning, particularly for individuals with dementia.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
