Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to join our team as a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in burns care and a passion for developing their skills and knowledge.

The Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner will be supported by trained ACPs and members of the medical team during their training. They will be expected to develop across the 4 pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, education, research, and leadership/management.

Person Specification

  • Minimum 5 years post registration experience in burns care
  • NMC Registration
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • IT literate
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the post
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and de-escalation skills
  • Knowledge of the specialty and relevant general medical knowledge
