We are seeking an experienced Finance and Business Partner to join our team at South Oxfordshire District Council. As a key member of our accounting department, you will assist the Principal Accountant with the production of management accounts, provide financial guidance to council departments, and support Year End financial accounting for both councils.

The successful candidate will have strong all-round accounting knowledge, be confident with ERP finance systems, and possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills. AAT qualification (Grade 7) or working towards it is highly desirable.

This permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £42,576 - £54,064 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after five years, flexible working arrangements, and a career-average pension scheme.
