Compliance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team in Liverpool's city centre. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the business and administration of our firm's most critical divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation: Prepare documents for clients, adhering to strict due diligence guidelines.
  2. Background Checks: Assist in conducting background checks, following established procedures.
  3. Team Collaboration: Liaise with other teams to obtain missing documents and confirmations.
  4. Information Highlighting: Identify and highlight missing information or concerns.
  5. Data Input and Projects: Perform general data input and carry out additional projects involving large datasets.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to managers and team members.

We require candidates with relevant administration experience, IT skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes. Experience in KYC, banking, or compliance is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, think creatively, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
