Job Overview:

LT Selection is currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Data and Compliance Officer for a respected client. The role involves comprehensive data management and compliance duties within educational training programs, specifically Skills Bootcamps and Alternative Provision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Oversee the data handling of learners, ensuring all information is accurate and well-maintained across various databases.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Conduct rigorous compliance checks to ensure all data management practices adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Registration and Certification: Manage all aspects of learner registration and certification processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Progression Tracking: Monitor and document learner progress and destinations, providing detailed reports on outcomes.
  • Independent Initiative: Employ a proactive approach to work, independently managing tasks and resolving challenges efficiently.


Required Experience:

  • Experience in data management and compliance, preferably within an educational or training environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in database systems and relevant software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Prior involvement with Skills Bootcamps or Alternative Provision will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with educational compliance regulations.
