Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:
  1. Ensure accurate and compliant learner enrolment data is inputted on to our client's MIS database, adhering to ESFA and auditing requirements.
  2. Book learner examinations in a timely manner.
  3. Submit timely and accurate data to the finance team, relating to contracts and projects.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely submission of contract claims data.
  5. Maintain accurate records.
  6. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Essential Criteria:
  1. Background in auditing and compliance, preferably within the training sector.
  2. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and customers.
  3. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  5. Strong administration and customer service skills.
