We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Management Coordinator to join our Practice Resource Management team at Ashurst. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting the delivery of Practice Resource Management Services, helping to provide operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in resource management, manpower/workforce planning, or a similar role within a large professional or corporate environment. You will possess excellent project management and organisational skills, as well as strong commercial and risk-focused business acumen. A trusted advisor who can provide balanced, pragmatic advice around manpower planning and resource management to the business, you will be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include optimising the allocation of work and deployment of staff to maximise profitability in conjunction with personal development plans and individuals' wellbeing. You will also ensure accurate forecasting of individual activity by tracking data and analysing trends, identifying discrepancies and escalating where required.
