Marketing Support Assistant

The Marketing Support Assistant plays a crucial role in providing essential support to the Marketing Team, focusing on various work streams within the team. This position offers the flexibility to work from the office or remotely, with a range of benefits including a Gift Day of an additional day's leave to celebrate your birthday each year. The team covers Marketing, Digital, Email, Content, Comms, and PR, providing a wide range of marketing and communications opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support for Marketing Campaigns - Provide assistance for marketing campaigns running throughout the year.
  • Care Home Listings - Update care home listings on the company website.
  • Digital Portal Maintenance - Maintain and update ongoing updates to digital portals, ensuring accurate information and best practices.
  • Reputation Management - Monitor the online reputation and respond to reviews in a kind and sensitive manner.
  • Digital and Content Auditing - Support the Digital and Content Manager to audit the website for accuracy and quality of content.
  • Community Engagement - Work with the Marketing Executive and Communications Executive to drive local community engagement and awareness of the care homes.
  • Event Support - Support the administration of events, photoshoots, and filming opportunities within the care homes.
  • Marketing Document Creation - Support the collation and creation of key marketing documents that promote the team and business.
  • Stock Management - Monitor and proactively manage stocks and presentation of printed and branded materials and brochures on the website and print ordering system.
  • Reporting and Data Presentation - Support the team to compile monthly reports, data presentation, and collation of key enquiry and campaign data.
  • Email Management - Monitor and action the marketing email inboxes to support home and team collateral requests.
  • Ad-hoc Projects - Provide general marketing support to the marketing team with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills - A friendly, open, and polite demeanor with a lovely telephone manner.
  • Proactive Organisational Skills - Proactive and excellent organisation skills.
  • Technical Skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Design and Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail and keen interest in design.
  • Flexibility and Time Management - Flexible, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload.
  • Previous Experience - Previous experience of working within a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
