About this role...

We are seeking a highly organized individual with a passion for golf to join our team at Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa. As a Golf Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our golf course.

Your key responsibilities will include...

  • To provide a high-quality customer service standard, exceeding expectations at all times.
  • Maintaining a smart and tidy appearance at all times and complying with uniform requirements.
  • Acting as a sales person, promoting the image of the Hotel and Country Club at all times.
  • Efficiently handling customer complaints and providing consistent, excellent, attentive, and timely customer service.
  • Providing information and guidance to prospective customers regarding club facilities, procedures, and prices.
  • Inducting visitors into the Club and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Liaising with Head Greenkeeper and key departments to coordinate special events.
  • Coordinating golf days and ensuring the smooth operation of the Golf shop.
  • Maintaining the required level of stock and ensuring regular stock take checks are carried out.

You will need to have...

  • A highly organized person with a keen eye on the details.
  • A passion and knowledge of golf.
  • Experience working in a similar role.
