About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at ProxyCare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and assist in the day-to-day running of resident care packages
- Provide advanced notice and short notice cover in various healthcare settings
- Work collaboratively with qualified nursing staff to maintain a high standard of resident care
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to use own initiative, plan own work, and prioritize patient care needs
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Knowledge of care giving and empathy for patients with care needs
- Recent experience of caring for patients and relevant statutory and mandatory training
