Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

This challenging role requires a deep understanding of quality engineering principles and experience in a regulated industry.

About the Job:
  • Influence and lead internal resources to facilitate QA tasks, influencing at peer and manager levels.
  • Complete daily work to meet established QA target dates with minimal guidance from the supervisor.
  • Make independent decisions within pre-established limits and approval.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of quality standards and regulations (FDA, ISO, MDR) to support application and implementation across the company.
  • Evaluate manufacturing and Quality activities against relevant standards and regulations.
  • Implement process solutions to improve workflow or compliance.
Compensation:

$90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Pension contributions starting at 6% rising to 9.7% after 18 months.
  • Life assurance 6x basic salary.

Qualifications:
  • BSc or MSc or HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering or related discipline - mechanical or biomedical ideally.
  • Experience in internal and external audits.
  • Regulated industry experience.
