Job Overview
Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Children's Home Manager to lead our Okehampton-based 3-bedroom EBD service. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum and numerous benefits.

About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding position requires an individual with Level 5 Leadership Management in Children and Young People. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs. They must be able to handle pressure with ease and possess strong leadership skills, a can-do attitude, and a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Lead a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement effective strategies for addressing resident needs
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
