Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a Home Care Specialist to join our team in Okehampton and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing tailored support that makes a real difference to their lives.

Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, household chores, and transportation
- Administer medication and provide reminders
- Offer companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans
