We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Worker to join our community nursing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, including wound dressings and taking blood samples.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a caring and compassionate nature.
