Milk Tanker Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milk Tanker Driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection of milk from farms in the local area and delivery to the dairy.
Key Responsibilities- Collection of milk from farms in the local area and delivery to the dairy
- Ex farm and transhipment roles
- Ensuring that deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client's requirements
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations
- Attending regular training sessions
- Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Licence
- Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Experience of Fridge trailers is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Working to deadlines
- Confident, polite and a team player
- Good geographical knowledge
- Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated
- Basic Salary of £40,218.44pa, working 10 hours per shift
- Hours of work are: 17:00hrs - 03:00hrs
