Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Operative to join our team at Müller Milk & Ingredients. As a Process Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area, and chemical offload area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks and record-keeping of relevant paperwork.
  • Sample and test raw products to ensure quality standards.
  • Load tankers with precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with other production departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Operate equipment and processes effectively, maximizing output, adhering to plans, reducing waste, and achieving cost savings.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Quality assurance expertise.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in a food environment.
  • Production experience, preferably in a food environment.
