Head of Audience

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Audience at With Intelligence. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of marketing and investor relations, as well as the ability to drive change and improve existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing and investor relations, ensuring best-in-class audiences for all events
  • Create the audience acquisition strategy for all events, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement best practices in marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting, optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Build and lead high-performing marketing and investor relations teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving audience acquisition goals
  • Support internal clients, including the commercial sales team and heads of portfolios
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in investor relations and marketing in a similar environment
  • Solid understanding of asset management and experience working in the sector
  • Seasoned people manager with experience of managing senior team leaders
  • Proven ability to manage change and bring people on the journey
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task
  • Numerate and commercially aware
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker who is passionate, energetic, and inquisitive
