Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in staff development programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.

Estimated Salary: £25,654 - £34,525 per annum
