Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to drive the commercial and strategic roadmap for our EMEA operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales processes, targets, and proposals that accurately capture the technical requirements and needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for EMEA, aligned with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Sales Process Development: Design and implement sales processes, targets, and proposals that accurately capture the technical requirements and needs of our customers.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, including setting targets, providing coaching and feedback, and developing sales skills.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that raises awareness of our company's offerings and drives lead generation.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of sales and implementation of complex solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the media and advertising industry, including research and analytics.
- Sales Skills: Strong presentation and sales skills, with the ability to deliver to targets and build strong relationships with customers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
