Accurate Record Keeper

We are seeking a skilled Accurate Record Keeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Reconcile transactions using Xero software, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with suppliers to rectify invoices as required, ensuring smooth communication with vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with the Financial Director to provide ad-hoc support, contributing to the success of the team.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in Xero software, allowing efficient management of financial records.
- Display ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Exhibit the ability to maintain confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures.
£28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
