Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Accurate Record Keeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Reconcile transactions using Xero software, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with suppliers to rectify invoices as required, ensuring smooth communication with vendors and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Director to provide ad-hoc support, contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in Xero software, allowing efficient management of financial records.
  • Display ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Exhibit the ability to maintain confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
