Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to spearhead the development of our core software applications. This role offers an opportunity to shape strategy, lead a skilled team, and deliver business-critical projects that drive real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing local and international development teams, driving collaboration, and championing best practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Problem-Solving: Resolve technical challenges and remove roadblocks.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience in software management or related fields.
  • Technical proficiency with AS400 systems.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
