Technical Director of Software Engineering

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Rugby, UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
