Job Title: HealthRoster System Analyst - Band 5 (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HealthRoster System Analyst to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing data and complex reporting for the HealthRoster system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and facilitate specific work programmes as delegated, ensuring key milestones and outputs are achieved and risks are identified and addressed.
  • Provide data/reports as required by Director of Nursing, Lead Nurses, Ward Managers, Department leads and their deputies.
  • Train and support new team members in the use of the HealthRoster Suite of Systems, HealthRoster policies and procedures, the role of HealthRoster and its function within the Trust.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes around the HealthRoster suite of systems.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or has equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Highly experienced 'expert' in the use of the HealthRoster Suite of Applications.
  • Highly experienced in the ability to use a variety of software packages, specifically MS Excel & MS Access.
  • Administration related qualification, NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
  • European Computer Driving Licence [ECDL] or equivalent.
