About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Public Health Team as a Hybrid Systems Analyst. This is a brand new role that will play a key part in shaping and influencing the future of health and care services across our county.

The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, senior leaders, and analysts to extract data from source systems, manipulate and utilise this data to model current designs and potential future pathways, and deliver bespoke analyses and engagement with topic experts.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the application of high-quality health intelligence to improve population health and reduce inequalities. The ideal candidate will have experience of system transformation and change management, as well as excellent data and analysis skills, highly developed management, team working, and communication skills.

About the Team

The Public Health Team is a multi-disciplinary group dedicated to improving people's health and wellbeing. This role is situated within the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing Directorate and will be part of a system-wide programme of work, led by the Director of Public Health on behalf of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System.
