About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Exeter office. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, improving existing policies, and managing audit compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Improve existing policies and procedures
  • Manage audit compliance reviews
  • Undertake training on compliance and educate the wider team
  • Monitor CPD to ensure the team is kept up to date

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background in accountancy practice. You may have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base.
