As a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses in the Ambulatory Assessment Unit. You will be responsible for managing, directing, and evaluating the nursing care for a defined caseload, while also communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care that is underpinned by evidence-based practice and the Oxford University Hospitals' values.

- Manage and direct the nursing care for a defined caseload, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

- Demonstrate high standards of nursing care, reflecting the Oxford Model for Exemplary Professional Nursing and Midwifery.
- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of nursing practice relevant to the clinical area.
