Global Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join our team at GSK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in implementing the capabilities that will underpin the realisation of our vision for Integrated Business Planning.
About the RoleThe Supply Chain Planning Transformation Implementation Lead will provide programme leadership for the implementation of new planning processes and capabilities with the OMP system at the core. The successful candidate will oversee the programme delivering the implementation readiness, execution, and sustained adoption of SCT processes and capabilities across supply and demand.
Main Responsibilities- Create, own, and deliver the OMP implementation plan, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, data readiness, technical requirements, and global implementation leads.
- Ensure the supply chain is ready for implementation through programme governance, including ownership of the SCLT Business Readiness Forum, change impact assessments, and risk management.
- Align resource plans across Programme, Business, Tech, and Partners to deliver testing, dry run, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Implement new processes and capabilities across the supply chain, acting as change champion and connecting experts to ensure Go Live and post-Go Live success.
We require professionals with substantial experience in planning process and tools, supply chain/operations. Leadership and people skills, accountability mindset, continuous improvement, cultural collaboration, senior stakeholder credibility, problem-solving abilities, and edge knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems within a global business environment are essential.
