Building Services Specialist

As a skilled Building Services Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of our corporate facilities in Clitheroe.

About the Role:

  • Maintain building services equipment and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance our operations and improve service delivery.
  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks, including plumbing and basic electrical work, to minimize disruption to our business.
  • Diagnose faults and repair assets, such as fan coils, pumps, air handling units, and drainage works, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 qualification in a related discipline and strong mechanical bias.
  • IPAF training may be required, which we will pay for if you don't have current IPAF accreditation.
  • We require an understanding of ACOP L8/HSG274 or willingness to be trained.
