About the Job

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our corporate facilities operate smoothly. As a Multiskilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing our impressive facilities, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure building services equipment and systems are in top condition
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues promptly, guaranteeing seamless operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance our operations
  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks, including plumbing and basic electrical work
  • Diagnose faults and repair assets within Building Services, such as Fan Coils, Pumps, Air Handling Units, and drainage works
  • Carry out routine maintenance to meet relevant regulations and best practices
  • Undertake like-for-like asset replacement and minor new works as directed
  • Conduct general building maintenance and inspections

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Minimum Level 2 in a related discipline
  • IPAF training may be required; we'll cover the costs if you don't have current IPAF accreditation
  • Asbestos Awareness, Legionella awareness, ACOP L8/HSG274, or be willing to undergo training
  • Knowledge of plumbing, tools, and equipment
  • Energetic and capable of taking initiative and making decisions when needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Package Details

This is a full-time position with:

  • Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + Sodexo benefits
  • Free parking on-site
