BUILDING CAREERS UK is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Project Costs Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, providing commercial support for Civil Engineering projects, and preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives. As a Quantity Surveyor - Project Costs Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring project budgets and expenditures, identifying and managing risks, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost control principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. They will also be proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
