Underwriter Opportunity with Global Market Leader

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team at Carolyn Bowers Insurance Recruitment. As a key appointment in our regional underwriting structure, you will be responsible for underwriting Property, Liability, and Combined risks within the mid-corporate arena.

Your remit will also include mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues, as well as building and managing relationships with both brokers and customers. You will be expected to identify opportunities for growth of the account while retaining quality business.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong trading mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to undertake negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. The ACII qualification, or progress towards it, would be advantageous to your application.
