**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our dynamic team as a Director of Logistics and Customer Service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in key markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end customer service and logistics processes, ensuring seamless delivery and top-tier service across EMEA.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience while improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction, delivery times, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, particularly in food safety and logistics.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service or logistics role within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industries.
  • Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and customer service optimization.
  • Knowledge of logistics regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
