Frazer Jones, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for securing top talent for a global professional services organization.

About the Role:

This is an 11-month contract based in Belfast, where you will operate as a Business Partner to the Leadership team and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Process Management: Support recruitment processes across several professional business areas, ensuring efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
  • DE&I Practices: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget effectively.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Drive talent acquisition through advertising and headhunting tactics to attract passive candidates.
  • Team Management: Manage two junior members of the team, ensuring they are effectively managed and targets are achieved.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects.
  • Induction Programs: Work with the Human Resources Team to support the implementation of induction programs.
  • Early Careers/Graduate Recruitment: Support the early careers/graduate recruitment program (preferred, not essential).

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Academic Background: A strong academic background and a genuine passion for talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment Experience: A background in in-house recruitment is essential.
  • Operational and Strategic Skills: Proven ability to work operationally and strategically.
  • Legislation Knowledge: Strong legislation knowledge regarding recruitment and best-practice graduate resourcing strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential.
  • Professional Services Background: A background in Professional Services is required.

What We Offer:

Up to £65,000 + Health + Pension, and a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home).
