About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at the Bishops Castle Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy their swimming activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our customers
  • Supervising swimming activities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area
  • Ensuring the safe handling and setup of pool equipment
  • Responding to emergencies and providing first aid when necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to respond to emergencies
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent
