Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
  • Supervise activities in and around the pool area, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure the safe handling and set-up of pool equipment, always prioritizing the well-being of our customers.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, demonstrating your vigilance and quick thinking.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, honed through experience in a leisure or customer-facing environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety, demonstrated through your ability to remain vigilant and composed under pressure.
  • Strong swimming skills, with a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent being highly desirable.
