Role and Responsibilities


As a Data Analytics Director, you will drive the strategy and direction of day-to-day work on accounts and new initiatives, contributing to our growth trajectory by pitching for new business. You will thrive in managing and mentoring a team of analysts.


Some key responsibilities include:



  • Understanding clients' objectives, business, and KPIs and driving step-change improvements through data
  • Developing and driving data-driven strategies, persuading internal teams and clients through strong storytelling and evidence-based business cases
  • Ensuring every action improves performance against clients' objectives
  • Mentoring the team and guiding the department's direction

Skills and Experience


The successful candidate will be a proactive, dynamic, results-driven executive with:



  • Significant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, ideally in a marketing agency or management consulting practice
  • Demonstrated experience in developing insights for marketing solutions development
  • A good working understanding of our core technical skills and subject matter areas to support and guide the team
