Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Director to join our Marketing Sciences team. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving the direction of our day-to-day work on client accounts, as well as continuing our growth trajectory through new business pitches and innovative work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client accounts by providing expert insights and recommendations using data and analytics
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing sciences
  • Contribute to the development of our product suite for driving business transformation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences, with heavy emphasis on quantitative methods; Master's degree or PHD is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, ideally in a marketing agency or management consulting practice
  • Strong working understanding of core analytical languages and software (Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx)
  • Statistics and data visualization skills
  • Experience with web and social analytics tools (GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, Sprinklr)
  • Value engineering and business casing skills
  • Performance measurement and measurement frameworks
  • Data protection and GDPR knowledge
  • Customer journey analysis and planning
  • Brief planning and writing
  • Progressive data capture
  • Segmentation and modeling
  • Martech design and ecosystem tracking
  • Demonstrated experience developing insights for marketing solutions development
  • Strong knowledge of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data
  • Confident, conscientious, self-starter, and good work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in an agile and fast environment
