Role and Responsibilities

The Data Analytics Director will play a strategic leadership role, driving the direction of daily work on accounts and continuing growth through new business pitches. As an experienced team member, you will thrive in managing and mentoring a team of analysts.

  • Understand clients' objectives, their business, and KPIs, and drive business growth through data insights.
  • Develop data-driven strategies, persuading internal teams and clients through storytelling and evidence-based business cases.
  • Ensure every action improves performance against client objectives.
  • Mentor the team and department, guiding their direction.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate is a proactive, dynamic, results-oriented executive with:

  • Significant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, and performance optimization, preferably in a marketing agency or management consulting practice.
  • Demonstrated experience developing insights for marketing solutions development.
  • A working understanding of our core technical skills and subject matter areas to support and guide the team.
