We are seeking a talented Commercial Development Professional to join our Client Service team. As an Associate, you will be the link between our clients and expert knowledge, working on multiple projects from top-tier client organizations.

About the Role

This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams. You will spend a significant part of your day speaking with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for our clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.

You will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Recruit experts who match our clients' project requirements.
  2. Understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment.
  3. Take ownership of your projects, from initiation to completion.

What We Offer

In return for your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £48,500 - £57,500 (average to high performance), consisting of an annual base salary of £41,500 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.

We also provide comprehensive private health insurance coverage, 25 vacation days, and offices in central London. You will have the option to work from home on Fridays and enjoy subsidised lunch plus free breakfast, snacks, and fruit throughout the day.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above), noteworthy extracurricular achievements, and relevant internship experience.

A C2 level in English and Danish is required, and experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
