The Office & Logistic Coordinator plays a crucial role in handling Shipping, Export/Import activities and supporting other team members in spare parts orders and service work administration. Some general office administration activities may also be required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out daily logistics activities, organizing local and international transport against approved quotes received, and supervising orders for dispatch, completing booking and packing forms.
  • Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
  • Creating order acknowledgment, invoices, shipping documentation, and responsible for document retention as per local policy.
  • Organizing Customs Clearance through the approved Customs Broker and maintaining Import and Export Registers for shipments.

This role requires excellent communication skills in English Language (Advanced Level), including business and legal vocabulary, as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
