Children's Service Director

Job Summary:
Caritas Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Children's Service Director to lead our Intercountry Adoption team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality adoption support services, maintaining a sufficient supply of adopters, and leading the development of new services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality adoption support services.
- Maintain a sufficient supply of adopters that reflects the diversity of the countries they are adopting from.
- Lead the development of new services and take operational control where appropriate.
- Supervise and manage a range of operational adoption services, including Adoption Team Managers, Intercountry Assessments, Domestic Adoption and Adoption Support, Senior Practitioners, and Business Support staff.
Requirements:
To be considered, you must be a Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England Registration and previous experience in a similar role. Senior Management experience within Adoption services is required. You must also have full right to work in the UK and be available to work from a Central London office as needed.
