About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and diligent Paraplanner with experience in supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisors. You excel at managing multiple tasks, analysing complex information, and producing high-quality reports and documentation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working closely with advisors to deliver exceptional client outcomes, and values the stability and support of a dynamic group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Mortgage Brokers by preparing and managing client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Conduct thorough research across the market and platforms on mortgage and protection products, analysing options to provide advisors with detailed recommendations.
  • Prepare suitability reports and other documentation required for client meetings.
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth processing of mortgage and protection applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, protection policies, and FCA regulations.
  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation meet the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner, ideally within a mortgage or financial advisory firm.
  • CeMAP 1,2, and 3 qualified.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, protection policies, and FCA regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Working Hours

Weekdays - 09:00 am to 5:30 pm
