Paraplanner Opportunity with Award-Winning Wealth Management Firm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings with Financial Planners to take detailed notes and transcribe meeting notes into Factfind and Investment Risk Discussion documents.
  • Assist Financial Planners in formulating advice to clients, taking instructions for research and documenting advice provided to Paraplanners.
  • Review client objectives to ensure they are clear, concise, and achievable compared to client financial circumstances.
  • Respond to client emails by analyzing and researching technical questions and creating appropriate responses.
  • Assist the team PA with technical matters and liaise with clients in the absence of the FP Director.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Paraplanning role.
  • Solid generalist experience within the Financial Services sector.
  • Good understanding of compliance issues and maintenance of client files and confidentiality.
  • Good working knowledge of appropriate systems, including Microsoft Office suite and Cashflow modelling tools.
  • Numerate and familiar with operating and creating spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable in crafting detailed letters and comprehensive bespoke reports.

This is a challenging role that offers ample opportunity for career growth and development. The successful candidate will receive the required training to further their career and become a Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner within the company.
