We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR who has overseen HR management across a multi-site business. This challenging and exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the people strategy and talent agenda for a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to develop and execute the HR strategic plan, aligning it with business goals
  • Oversee HR implications for major transformational programs
  • Conduct external benchmarking to continuously enhance HR business partnering
  • Foster collaboration and standardisation across HR Business Partner activities to streamline processes and optimise efficiencies
  • Mitigate legal, commercial, and brand risks through effective HR management practices
  • Innovate and implement processes to support a high-performance culture and sustainable business growth
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Coach and develop the HR team to enhance their skills and capabilities
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in influencing change and driving strategic HR initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to identify key issues and risks
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities, adept at managing priorities
  • Extensive experience as a Head of HR leading a HR team in large organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams of HR professionals
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and driving change initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and project management expertise
