Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Coordinator to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, fostering a positive brand presence, and engaging with stakeholders and customers regularly.
About the Role:
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage in-house systems administration to ensure seamless operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related customer inquiries and communications
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate prize activation, winner notifications, and campaign conclusion
- Organize and administer winners' data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Engage with winners and participants through various media channels, enhancing brand loyalty
- Handle payment information, procure prizes, and manage damaged items
- Monitor online reviews and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Oversee content administration, scheduling, and communication across digital platforms
A Typical Day:
- Export daily instant wins through FP Dashboard
- Monitor live draws on Facebook, record main winners, and send congratulatory messages
- Respond to emails, text messages, and Facebook messages, addressing administrative inquiries
Responsibilities:
- Manage site credit for users, ensuring accurate account balances
- Create and issue coupons or vouchers for promotions or prize packages
- Order and manage prize inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels
- Send Trustpilot review links to winners and monitor reviews, driving business growth
- Arrange collection of damaged items through the DX system, minimizing losses
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, administration, marketing, or digital media, with a proven track record of managing relationships and administrating successful campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent organisational abilities
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
