Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Product Manager to lead our product direction in the UK and Ireland. This role involves defining country-specific requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful product development and launch.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap and execution for the Global Payroll product suite in the UK and Ireland
  • Be the face of the product in the region, understanding user needs across our Rippling product suite
  • Develop a deep understanding of legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide development
  • Participate in agile software development processes and work with the engineering team to deliver the product on time and within budget
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback and ensure product meets their needs
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful product ownership from inception to launch
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
  • Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO policy.
